Terms and Conditions
These are fairly standard and included for mutual protection
1) All lettings run from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am the same day the following week.
2) A 20% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is accepted as part payment of the total cost of the letting.
3) The balance of the payment must be received no later than 4 weeks before the start of the letting.
4) The deposit will be forfeit if the letting is cancelled later than 10 weeks before the start of the letting, or if the total cost is not paid as stipulated in condition 3.
5) A deposit of 1000FF is payable on arrival and refunded on departure providing no damage has been caused.
6) No insurance is provided. All personal effects are at all times your own responsibility. All equipment is used at your own risk. Children should remain under your supervision at all times.
7) We have taken every effort to ensure that information given to customers is accurate and valid. Should there be any change in facilities offered, we will attempt to inform you as soon as possible. However, any changes under this paragraph shall not automatically give rise to any refund or reduction
8) Any claims under these conditions shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
